Welsh lay-bys which were closed 12 months ago because lorry drivers were using them as toilet stops will now be grassed over.
The two lay-bys on the A4138 connecting Llanelli and the M4 were closed after complaints from residents and motorists about some lorry drivers defecating there. The A4138 is part of a European lorry network connecting London to Manchester via Wales.
