Wrennall Brothers Dan and Lee, have done just that with a Scania 143 which they still have today. Since 2010 their hobby went from a few fun jobs to customers offering more and more transport work. Now they have an impressive line up of eight Scania Trucks and the addition of three more new trucks just delivered to include two R520 6X2 Toplines and one R450 6X2 Topline.
Their reputation which began six years ago with the 142, has lead them to contracts with blue-chip companies, plus a variety of trailers from low loaders to specialised vacuum tankers. Their fleet is stunning. Silver with red highlights and bases, these trucks stand out at truck shows and on the road.
With a range of trucks from the R series – to include R450’s and R520’s – and a masterful Scania V8, they are capable of undertaking any haulage contract that comes their way with ease.
In the highly competitive world of haulage today it is really great to see a new independent success story which started with a classic Scania. This gives testament to the longevity and reliability of Scania trucks and the visions of two brothers working together.
