HMT Shipping, who are headquartered in Northern Ireland, are to increase its workforce by 20 to 120 after investing £2m to expand its operation in Lancashire. The newly acquired site in Preston will act as the main distribution centre for its operations in the region.
The company, which also has operations in Dublin, Dundalk and Heysham, is predicting 30% growth over the next year. HMT Shipping was established more than 15 years ago and has grown to be one of the leading transport companies throughout the UK and Ireland.
