Don-Bur, the leading manufacturer of commercial vehicle bodywork, is proud to announce the completion of a new batch of six full print livery box van trailers for Bond International, a repeat customer since 2004. These customised trailers are designed to carry tyres, featuring re-enforced internal body walls to prevent bowing under heavy loads.
The trailers, which boast a step-frame chassis for easy loading and unloading, are equipped with aerodynamic side skirts that not only enhance fuel efficiency but also add to the sleek, professional look. With a tandem axle setup on small 235/75 R17.5 tyres in a twin formation, the trailers achieve a remarkably low rear floor height of just 900mm, facilitating easier access.
A standout feature of this project is the vibrant livery, produced by Don-Bur’s in-house graphics division, Sapphire Graphics. Utilising the new EFI UV printer, the livery offers superior colour fastness and durability, thanks to an automatic protective clearcoat film that ensures long-lasting quality.
Simon Ewbank, Commercial Director at Bond International, expressed his satisfaction with the new trailers, stating, “We are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail that Don-Bur has provided once again. The new livery not only enhances our brand’s visibility but also reflects the reliability and innovation we strive for in our operations.”
This 2024 order signifies the continuation of a successful partnership between Don-Bur and Bond International, underlining Don-Bur’s commitment to delivering top-tier commercial vehicle solutions tailored to the specific needs of their clients.
