A  haulage firm from Derbyshire has undergone a buyout and a major shareholder restructure.

The businesses, Lockwood,  has been re-organised into a group structure and brother and sister shareholders Rob Lockwood and Deborah King have bought out their father Doug Lockwood, however he will be staying on as honorary chairman.

The firm was founded in 1965 and has since grown to offer services within haulage, freight and warehousing under the banner of three companies.
